I can't understand why Ken-oh soldiers are so strong. There isn't anything similar in the anime, clan Fang men should be superior: the only soldiers so strong are the Shuras of the Demon Island: but Ken-oh couldn't have any Shura in his Army, could him?

They changed that from the original anime, yes.
In the anime, Raohs soldiers were just common riff-raff united by their fear for Raoh. Here thay basicly disided that if raoh was to be badass, that his soldiers also needed to be badass.
Also, that shura hardly or never showed the devotion and fantaicin that Raohs soldiers in the movie have.
just look at the guy who keeps fighting even though a Fang soldier has piereced his damm head!
